One Direction’s Niall Horan was refused a tattoo in a Los Angeles Tattoo Studio because he was too chubby.
The 19 year old Niall looks beefy with his shirt off and pretty lean too, don’t know how anyone could call him chubby. While the band was in Los Angeles, Niall headed to the tattoo studio in the hopes of getting a tat dedicated to his Irish heritage, but the tattoo artists told him that his body was not firm enough for a needle. Now that’s an odd reason for not giving a guy a tat!
Apparently, the “that’s what makes you beautiful” singer is the only member of One Direction who doesn’t have a tattoo. Could this be the reason why Niall hasn’t got a tattoo, due to his a squidgy buttocks or skin?
“I did actually decide to get Made in Ireland in green on my arse cheek. I went to this place in LA but they wouldn’t do it.”
But Niall is always a good sport and wasn’t really annoyed by the rejection, he says they probably saved him for making a huge mistake. “I suspect they did me a favour. It wasn’t the best idea in the world.”
Well, a Made in Ireland tattoo is better than a defensive looking leprechaun saying “don’t get me a pot of gold”.
Going through his tattoo filled band members. “Harry and Zayn are really going at it, aren’t they? Harry seems to have a different one every day,” Niall told We Love Pop magazine.
Harry Styles went overboard one time when he was said to have a do-it-yourself tattoo kit, and wanting his friends to give him a tat. Several tattoo artists warned him of the dangers of getting a tattoo at home or doing it yourself even. But Harry’s home made ink has yet to be seen.
